Deliveries

We make use of Aramex Courier Services to ensure that your parcel is conveniently delivered to you.
Delivery time is between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination; Monday to Friday (Business days). Remote outlaying/regional areas may take longer than 72 hours as service frequency cannot be guaranteed at the time of dropping shipment off. You are liable for the shipping cost of your purchase. The shipping cost is payable when goods are ordered.

Delivery costs

1. You are welcome to collect your order in Robin Hills, Randburg if you are staying in Johannesburg and surrounding areas. Please make an appointment: 082 783 7818. It can also be sent to you via Aramex Courier service.
2. The courier costs will be R99 for an A3 satchel. We shall adjust the price for bigger parcels.
3. A surcharge may apply for remote areas, plots, farms, power stations, distant towns, etc. You will be contacted in this instance after you have placed your order.
4. If you don’t prefer a door-to-door delivery your parcel will be sent with Postnet 2 Postnet. The cost will be R99 for less than 5kg.
5. SarahJoy reserves the right to change the shipping charges and services according to changes made by the courier companies.

Free delivery for orders above R700 with a weight less than 2kg, but not
applicable when a special offer is part of the amount.
